Jaclyn Kuluris

I feel blessed to work in an environment where I can help change lives

Jaclyn “Jax” Kuluris graduated from Stanbridge College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2016. She has further education as well with a B.S. in both Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy and a B.S. in Speech in Hearing Science. She worked at United Cerebral Palsy with a wide range of ages from 0-20 y/o with diagnosis such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down Syndrome, Developmental Motor delays, and many more. She also worked at Goodwill Fitness Center an Out-patient Neuro clinic for 2 years working with a wide range of populations from Stroke, SCI, TBI, MS, GBS, and many more. She enjoys utilizing her continued education knowledge of facilitation and training in NDT (Neuro developmental treatment) with a functional approach. She loves to teach caregivers and family members approaches to increase strength and independence throughout her client’s daily lives for the best possible outcomes.

She recently has become very frustrated with insurance companies stating “they no longer qualify for continued PT” and believes continued strengthening, mobility, and training is needed even after the insurance companies say they will no longer pay. Therefore, she truly believes in the concepts of “Bridging the Gap” after Physical Therapy is no longer being offered. She has a big heart for her client’s and feels blessed to work in such a beautiful field of work to truly change lives of not only her clients but her client’s families and friends. She enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, SUPing, hiking, and camping.

She is constantly motivated by her clients who overcome hurdles incomparable to those of her own and commonly finds herself asking “Who is truly motivating who?”
